The Apartments California are situated in the centre of Playa de Las Américas, in a peaceful garden area, but only a short distance from the most symbolic selection of Bars, Restaurants, shops and all types of amenities offered in Playa de las Américas. The Troya Beach is only 800 m away and the Las Vistas Beach at only 700 m. • 93 units, most are studios with some 1 bedroom apartments.

All units are conventionally furnished and the studios have a kitchenette with fridge and 2 rings, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, full bathroom, direct telephone, safe, TV and balcony.
The 1 bedroom apartments have a separate twin bedroom and lounge.
Cleaning 5 x week, change of linen 3 x week and change of towels 2 x week.
