2. Before you arrive to your hotel

Passenger names are usually sent to the hotel approximately one week before your arrival. If you have any doubts please check with us first.

3. Before you book
3.01
Some hotels levy additional ‘resort fees’ or charges for facilities like air conditioning, free local call charges, daily newspapers etc. These charges are beyond the control of bookahotelonline.co.uk and can not be pre-paid. Please call reservations to check for whether individual hotels levy these charges and we can call them and double check before you book
3.02
No, flights are not included. bookahotelonline.co.uk is an accommodation only provider; the price is just for your hotel or apartment. Please contact our call centre if you need help with booking flights.

All our hotels are instantly confirmable and if it shows on our website, it means they are available to book straight away. We don’t feature any hotels on a request basis which means no hanging around for you. But please contact us on the form below, or give us a call if you could not find what you were looking for and we will do our best to help you.

The ‘total price’ shown is for the all rooms selected for the entire duration. We also show the nightly price breakdown to assist you when making a booking.

Yes, you can book hotels for arrival with in 24 hours subject to us having hotels available.

This is dealt with on a case by case basis as it differs with every hotel. Generally if you are booking two guests in to a room and you select a double or a twin bedded room, you can be assured that is what they will get. This though can never be 100% guaranteed and bookahotelonline.co.uk can not be held liable if hotel is unable to provide the preferred bed configuration. We can guarantee there will always be enough bed space for all guests eg if two adults and two children are staying in room there will be minimum of two double beds or one double, one single and a rollaway bed.

How you have to pay us depends on how long before your hotel stay you have booked. But, Yes, we need to take a deposit equivalent to the first night’s stay per room at first (only) hotel on the booking. Please see our Terms & Conditions for when you are qualified for only paying a deposit and when we will charge the whole amount.

You can either book online with using our secure online payment solution, or when you come to the "check out" when you have done your selections, you will be able to submit this booking to our call center to be called back when you wish. Alternatively you can call our UK office 0161 905 2900, and they will do everything they can to advise you on how to book, information about destinations and hotels.

Chances are the hotel has become unavailable, and we will not be able to book it either by phone or over the web. But you are welcome to contact our call centre to see if we can help you.

You should receive your confirmation within 30 minutes of booking with us. The following are common reasons why you might not have:

There was an issue with your payment - we may be performing additional security checks.
You gave us the wrong email address.
If you haven't received your voucher within seven working days, please contact us.
Please note: If you have paid a deposit by credit card you need to either pay online or call us so that we can process your balance. We will only send you your voucher once the final balance has been paid.

You can book by telephone, but please be aware that there is an additional 2% charge on credit cards. Our website is safe and secure, and hundreds of customers book everyday using it.

At certain times hotels worldwide could levy small energy surcharges if gas, oil and electricity charges increase dramatically. This is very rare, please call if you wish to double check a particular hotel before booking

All prices on bookahotel.co.uk are inclusive of all local taxes so there is nothing to pay locally. (with exception of energy surcharges and resort fees in very few cases)

A rollaway bed is a type of camp bed hotels have and can put in rooms to provide more bed space if required. There is usually a local charge for rollaway beds payable directly to the hotel. Please call reservations to find out costs for individual hotels.
